North Pacific Music Festival Society:

The North Pacific Music Festival Society was incorporated in 2005 and is run by a volunteer board of directors. This group of individuals is extremely passionate and dedicated to the causes of the Society. They work tirelessly to meet the society mandate, which is to encourage, develop and re-invigorate music and the arts with a focus on youth. To meet this goal the society hosts an annual Music & Friends celebration of which proceeds go toward a charitable cause. Most importantly the Society also meets the needs of young people in this region by providing music lessons and instrument grants. The Society greatly depends on the contributions of corporate sponsors in order to carry out our very worth while initiatives. We invite you to become a part of our efforts and make a difference in the lives of children throughout the pacific northwest!

Instrument Grants

The Society removes the financial obstacles that prevent children from playing a musical instrument. Grants are given to students whose families cannot afford to purchase a musical instrument.

Music Lessons

The Society also provides grants to cover the expense of musical instruction. The Society also delivers music lessons to young people completely free of cost.

Music & Friends Festival

Music & Friends is an annual family-friendly event was founded by the North Pacific Music Festival Society in 2005.

Its goal is to provide exposure for artists from the north pacific region and to provide an opportunity for them to develop their musical skills through performance and public appearance.

In addition the festival aims to promote the appreciation for music and to inspire youth development in the arts.

Music & Friends believes promoting community spirit through music allows cross-cultural interaction of different community members.
